Attorneys

Bob did graduate work in the University of Michigan's Program in Technical Communications and worked as a product engineer in automotive body systems before attending law school. Prior to joining our firm, Bob was an associate at a law firm in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where he concentrated his practice in intellectual property and commercial transactions. Bob has advised and represented clients in a variety of intellectual property matters, including patent prosecution, trademark protection, copyright, and domain name disputes. He has taught "Internet Law for Electronic Commerce," a seminar for the continuing legal education of attorneys. He is a member of the American Bar Association Section of Intellectual Property Law and the Michigan Intellectual Property Law Association.
