Ann R. O’Neill

Ann brings over 25 years experience in engineering, manufacturing, technology, business methods improvement and IT systems development to Quinn Law Group.

Ann's automotive background with Ford Motor, United Technologies, TRW and Tenneco includes manufacturing, product development, vehicle serviceability, diagnostics, warranty improvement and quality systems. Areas of technical expertise include metallurgical, mechanical and electrical systems, manufacturing processes, inspection and diagnostic equipment, automotive steering and suspension, electrical, interior and powertrain systems. A certified quality and reliability engineer, Ann has significant experience in lean practices and business methods improvement.

Ann's IT background includes leading development of technology and IT systems for warranty analysis, product concern identification, vehicle diagnostics, logistics, ERP, CRM, call-center, on-line cataloging and distribution systems. As the former CEO of a technology start-up specializing in secure data access and authentication, Ann led development of software and systems to protect on-line financial transactions and provide proprietary data access and viewing technologies.

In addition to preparing and prosecuting patent applications, Ann has experience in automotive OEM anti-counterfeiting and brand protection initiatives and negotiating product development, licensing and distribution agreements.
